出羽櫻 雪女神 四割八分 純米大吟釀 1800ml


山形縣天童市的《出羽櫻酒造》這是全量使用山形縣 產酒造好適米「雪女神」的純米大吟釀。

「雪女神」是山形縣使用歷時15年研發的酒米，結合出羽の里（母）與蔵の華（父）品種。擁有「山形GI」認證，保證100%山形酒米、釀造水及當地入瓶，展現當地風土。

以其製作的吟釀級酒款一般香氣濃郁，口感細緻、帶有絲綢般滑順的優異質感，又誠如雪水般透明，在口中留下動人餘韻，因而為名。

酒體清澈透明，帶有柔順且優雅的果香，如蘋果等新鮮水果味，果香清新且優雅。口感幼滑，甘酸平衡，米的旨味明顯且悠長，酒體輕盈柔和有透明感，尾韻清爽帶微微辛味。
