山形縣天童市的《出 羽 櫻 酒 造》由6月6日起，將在縣內開始優先發行其新品「出羽桜 雪女神 四割八分」，這是全量使用 山形縣 產酒造好適米「雪女神」的「純米大吟釀」酒款。
「雪女神」是吟釀王國山形縣專為釀造大吟釀種植的酒造好適米，具有柔軟度、高透明感，千粒重27克以上，大顆粒，糙米的粗蛋白質含量一般為7％以下，心白率可達70％以上，具有優良的酒造好適米特質。能充分表現出「山形酒」的美味特色。

以其製作的吟釀級酒款一般香氣濃郁，口味如女性的細緻、帶有絲綢般滑順的優異質感，又誠如雪水般透明，在口中留下動人餘韻，因而為名。
全量使用「雪女神」的清酒，是當地清酒愛好者趨之若騖、一直期待的酒款。而當地酒造對「雪女神」的評價甚高，它被譽為繼過往山形縣自家產出、專攻吟釀酒的「出羽燦々」、及純米酒的「出羽の里」後另一高潮之作！
