加茂錦酒造擁有過百年深厚歷史，近年更是被追捧的酒造。
「荷札酒」則是由田中悠一先生研製之新派清酒系列，為小產量的限定酒。

充滿淡淡花香，甜酸度平衡，口感微辛口，帶有淡淡米香，能感受到清爽的吟香，餘韻略短。
命名為「月白 」如月光般帶有淡藍色色調的白，用以展現此酒的個性。

中汲み：是壓榨中段的清酒部分，據說是清酒品質最清醇的，味道平衡極佳。
