十四代「播州山田錦 中取 上諸白 純米大吟釀」720ml 是高木酒造以「酒米之王」兵庫縣播州山田錦釀造、並結合「中取」與「上諸白」兩大高階工法的純米大吟釀，定位在十四代系列中相當精緻、偏收藏向的一支。

「上諸白」：麴米與掛米都以高精米步合釀造的古典高規格諸白做法。
「中取」：壓榨時只選取中段最純淨、最平衡的酒液，兩者疊加造就極高的透明感與優雅度。

風格上以花果香和諧，上立香多為香瓜、青蘋果、白花等細膩吟釀香，入口甘口偏柔和，帶圓潤甜味與飽滿米旨味，但酒質仍保持清爽爽口，不厚重不黏滯，收尾乾淨利落、餘韻有細緻果香與米香延伸。
