十四代 播州愛山 中取り 上諸白 純米大吟釀 1800ml


十四代「播州愛山 中取り 上諸白 純米大吟釀」係一支非常標誌性的十四代高階酒款，核心魅力在於 愛山米的飽滿甘味、優雅果香，以及中取り帶來的純淨平衡。

「中取り」代表只取榨酒時最平衡、最乾淨的中段酒液，所以香氣通常更柔和，結構更完整。

「上諸白」則是十四代高端命名體系中的一支，整體定位偏精品、稀有、重視完成度。

散發出哈密瓜、香梨、青蘋果、白桃、白花，部分描述還會提到荔枝、芒果、茉莉這類華麗果花調。入口通常柔和圓潤，甘味明顯但不會黏，愛山米本身帶來的鮮味和甜感會慢慢展開。
尾韻往往有一點清爽的苦韻或礦物感，令整體不會太甜膩，反而更有層次。
