十四代「超極 中取り 純米大吟釀」1800ml 是高木酒造以兵庫縣特 A 地區山田錦精米至約 35% 所釀造的頂級純米大吟釀，被視為十四代系列中非常旗艦、收藏級的作品之一。

「超極」原為「超特撰」升級版，釀造上嚴選發酵狀態特別理想、風味最集中的酒醪，再以自家獨特火入與低溫熟成技術長期儲藏，追求極致的純淨度與立體感。

「中取り」則是壓榨過程中只取流出酒液的中段精華部分，避開前段的雜質感與後段的渣味，讓成品在香氣、旨味與透明感之間取得最佳平衡。

風格上以華麗而細膩的吟釀香見長，常被形容為帶有白桃、哈密瓜、熟香瓜、青蘋果與荔枝等瓜果系果香，輔以優雅的白花與柔和米香；入口極為柔滑細緻，甜度偏微甘口但不膩，酸度細緊、支撐感佳，酒體輕盈卻有深度與層次，尾韻乾淨修長，留下淡淡米旨味與果香殘影。
