十四代 酒未來 中取上諸白 純米大吟釀 1800ml


高木酒造以自家培育稀有酒米「酒未來」釀造的高階純米大吟釀，結合「中取」與「上諸白」兩種頂級工藝，被視為酒未來系列中極具代表性的旗艦級作品之一。

「酒未來」是高木酒造歷時約 18 年培育出的獨家酒米，為山形縣產、山田錦系統的高適性品種，早期僅供十四代自用，後來才開放部分他蔵使用，產量依然極少。

「上諸白」：麴米與掛米採用相同高精米步合
「中取」：只取壓榨過程中香氣與平衡感最佳的中段雫，兩者疊加，使得成品在純淨度、細膩度與層次感上都更上一層。

香氣：非常華麗的果香，有鮮甜的哈密瓜香氣，稍微醒酒後會轉出香蕉飴、富士蘋果、熟梨、荔枝等濃郁果香，同時伴隨柔和白花與米香，給人既奔放又乾淨的印象。 
味道：多為微甘口至中甘口，酒體起初略帶粗獷飽滿，但在口中迅速展開成輕快而細緻的層次，甘、酸、微苦交織，旨味鮮明卻不厚重，收尾乾淨利落，殘留熟果與米旨味的輕盈餘韻，整體風格可視為「哈密瓜系果香 × 柔順甜度 × 清透收尾」的典型十四代線條。
