十四代 龍之落子 太極上諸白 純米大吟釀 720ml


「龍の落とし子 大極上諸白 生詰 純米大吟醸」是高木酒造以自家研發酒米「龍之落子」精磨至約 35% 所釀造的超高階純米大吟釀，被視為十四代系列中最具代表性的旗艦作品之一。

「龍之落子」酒米由美山錦與山酒 4 號等名種配種，歷時約 18 年才成功培育，專供十四代使用，適合高精米率大吟釀，帶來極高透明感與柔軟質地。 

「大極上諸白」：延續古典諸白概念，象徵麴米與掛米皆以高精米白米釀造的最高級清酒。
「生詰」：只在裝瓶前火入一次，保留較多新鮮果香與細膩層次。

風味上以極華麗的果香與高度純淨感，香氣多被形容為熟白桃、水蜜桃、哈密瓜、青蘋果、白葡萄與白花交織，香氣奔放但線條非常乾淨，不帶厚重酒糟感。 

入口甘甜中帶細緻微酸，口感極為柔滑細膩、幾乎入口即化，旨味、甘味與酸味取得很好平衡，中後段會浮現一點點苦澀與柑橘、木質調，讓結構更立體，收尾悠長而不膩，餘韻帶持續的瓜果甜香與優雅米香，堪稱「香氣華麗 × 透明感極致」的代表作。
