大七 真櫻 生酛 純米吟釀 720ml


「真櫻」係福島縣大七酒造以生酛及超扁平精米釀造嘅純米吟釀。風格重點係 果香與旨味平衡：香蕉糖、蜜瓜般香氣，入口圓潤細膩，帶番石榴或未熟水梨般清爽感，尾段微辛口、乾淨俐落。

「生酛」：傳統酒母製法，帶來柔和乳酸感、深邃旨味與立體層次。
「超扁平精米」：將山田錦磨成扁平瓜子形，更有效去除米粒外層雜質；頌歌以 50% 超扁平精米釀造，酒質純淨細膩。


香氣：以香蕉糖、蜜瓜般柔和果香為主，伴隨生酛系乳酸與蒸米香氣，香氣自然而唔過分張揚。

入口：圓潤順滑，帶番石榴或未熟水梨般輕盈果味；質感細膩，甜度唔會過高。

中後段：米旨味逐漸展開，與生酛乳酸感融合，令酒體更立體、更有深度。

收結：微辛口、乾淨俐落，酸度與旨味平衡，適合作食中酒。
