Yamato Kikka Gin "Ryuten" is a Japanese craft gin inspired by the forest, launched by the Nara Yamato Distillery. It emphasizes the Zen-like quality of wood and the phytoncides of the Nara mountains, becoming the brand's third mainstay product.

Ingredients: Juniper berries, Yamato mandarin oranges, Yamato angelica, Yoshino cedar, Yoshino cypress, and cypress berries.

Aroma: Primarily sweet and sour fruity notes of Yamato mandarin oranges, blended with the woody freshness of a forest after rain, interwoven with cedar, cypress, and subtle herbal aromas.

Palmistry: Round and robust, initially offering woody notes of cedar and cypress, followed by the refreshing sweet and sour taste of Yamato mandarin oranges and the aroma of angelica, with a long and refreshing finish.

The concept originates from the fact that 70% of Nara Prefecture is covered by forests, and Yoshino cedar and cypress are rare and precious materials, symbolizing "flow"—infusing the Zen-like quality of natural wood into every drop of gin.
