「大嶺酒造」使用「弁天水」是日本百選之水之一的“弁天湯水”，含有許多釀造清酒所必需的礦物質，軟水對發酵的良好作用是Ohmine Junmai系列美味的基礎。
瓶身設計：瑞典設計工作室「Stockholm Design Lab」

為了以新鮮的狀態送達，全年釀造的大嶺經典酒。 使用削到35%的山田錦，追求甜味、美味、酸味的平衡，成為大嶺的旗艦產品。「 SAKE COMPETITION 2023」在純米大吟釀部門獲得了GOLD第1名。

讓人聯想到梨和白桃的甜美清新的香氣和果味。 中間能感受到像甘蔗和烤杏仁一樣多汁的甜味和礦物質。 最後以讓人聯想到可可豆和橘子皮的苦味結束了回味。
