「大嶺酒造」使用「弁天水」是日本百選之水之一的“弁天湯水”，含有許多釀造清酒所必需的礦物質，軟水對發酵的良好作用是Ohmine Junmai系列美味的基礎。

散發出豐富的果香調，帶葡萄柚／西柚般明亮柑橘香，伴隨熱帶水果系果香，整體印象新鮮多汁。

清爽的柑橘、青草的香味。 讓人聯想到剛摘下的果實的純甜味和青春的酸味蔓延開來。 舒服的氣體感和礦物質，回味很尖銳，尾段乾淨帶輕微回甘。

配食：適合刺身、壽司、白身魚、清爽前菜或檸檬系前菜，以及柑橘風味沙律等，讓酒的柑橘香與菜式互相呼應。
