這款優質清酒由日本山口縣著名的大嶺酒造精心釀造。酒廠採用被評為「日本名水百選」之一的「弁天水」，其富含釀造清酒所需的礦物質。這種軟水對發酵過程極具裨益，奠定了 Ohmine 系列清酒美味的基礎。其優雅的瓶身由瑞典知名設計工作室 Stockholm Design Lab 操刀設計。

本作採用山口縣培育的原創酒米「西都の雫」，大嶺酒造將其精磨至 50%，並以自家獨特工藝充分萃取米之精華。雖然經過細緻的巴氏殺菌（火入れ），但裝瓶時仍完美保留了如同生酒（原酒）般豐盈的酒體與質感。儘管酒精度僅為 14.5%，它依然展現出充沛的果香、鮮明的旨味與扎實的質感，是一款低負擔且極易入口的高級清酒。

香氣：散發迷人的麝香葡萄、蜜瓜與青提子香氣，伴隨淡淡的白花芬芳與清新的柑橘調性。

口感：極為水潤柔滑。入口先感受到清晰的果實甜味與米之旨味；酒體質感透明卻不單薄，帶有如西柚／葡萄柚般明亮的酸度，並與釀造水帶來的礦物感完美交融，令味道層次豐富。

尾韻：清爽俐落，帶有少許柑橘皮的微苦感，甜味毫不黏膩，飲後感覺輕快無負擔。
