「大嶺酒造」使用「弁天水」是日本百選之水之一的“弁天湯水”，含有許多釀造清酒所必需的礦物質，軟水對發酵的良好作用是Ohmine Junmai系列美味的基礎。
瓶身設計：瑞典設計工作室「Stockholm Design Lab」

展現了大嶺酒造的獨特性，雄町的柔軟質地的火燒酒。 讓人聯想到皮奧內濃縮的甜味，伴隨著清爽的酸味的餘韻。 在寒冷的時期也推薦溫熱的燗，根據米的美味和濃郁的味道，也能感受到深沉的表情。
