Ki No Tea Kyoto Dry Gin is a Japanese gin co-developed by the Kyoto Distillery and Hori-Shichimeien, a renowned Uji tea master. It primarily uses premium Gyokuro and Tencha green tea as its core, blending them with Japanese herbs such as yuzu, pine, and Japanese pepper to create a refined tea aroma balanced with juniper. Perfect for your high-end spirit creation.

Aroma Characteristics: A predominantly fresh green tea aroma with hints of white chocolate sweetness, yuzu peel, pine, and juniper, along with subtle floral and herbal notes. Sweet but not cloying, it evokes a sense of Japanese Zen.

Palmistry Description: Silky smooth like white chocolate on the palate, with a sweet tea flavor that unfolds gradually. The mid-palate is vibrant with juniper and citrus notes, offering a slightly spicy and pine-like finish. The body is moderate; at 45.1% ABV, it's substantial yet smooth, with a well-defined and layered development.

Finishing notes and suggestions: The finish is long and clean, retaining the aftertaste of roasted green tea, herbs, and a subtle sweetness. It pairs well with Mizuwari (with iced mineral water) or Gin Tonic with grapefruit slices.
