寫樂純愛仕込純米吟釀 1800ml

「寫樂」系列清酒按不同月份出產，也充分配合了季節的特色。
用鐵質含量極少的井戶水，有效發揮酒米的風味。新榨後一次火入便直接冷藏，保持了酒的獨特香味，在口中能嘗到果實的香味，輕微甘口，香醇順滑。

「仕込」原指釀造採用的泉水，純愛仕込系列採用的卻是「純愛」，意思匠人融入純淨的水去釀酒，地方住民都愛著寫樂的清酒，有苦盡甘來的意思。
在日本網站Sake Time評價是全日本前20名，更是評鑑會金賞常勝軍，是主力品牌廣為人知的佳釀！宮泉銘釀創立1955年，位於福島縣會津若松市。

香氣：聞落較內斂，入口後先散發果實般嘅含香；常見品評以香蕉般柔和果香形容，唔係一開瓶就濃烈撲鼻嘅類型。

口感：果實甜味與米旨味一齊展開，入口柔和，但酒體有厚度、有骨架，唔會只得香甜而欠缺味道。

尾韻：收結爽淨、切口清晰，飽滿旨味唔會長時間黏住口腔，呢種「有味而唔滯」正係佢適合配餐嘅原因。
