手取川 万華鏡 純米大吟釀 720ml


「吉田酒造店」位於日本三大靈山之一、白山山腳下的吉田酒造店成立於1870年（明治3年）。酒造旁邊流經一條湍急的手取川，這條河流曾經多次洪水氾濫，傳說是源自於昔日士兵手牽手共同渡過急流的情景，因此得名。

「萬華鏡」即是那個充滿奇幻的萬花筒，這款酒採用榨取過程中最精華的「中取り」部分，經過零下5℃的冰溫熟成兩年，展現了極致的釀造技藝。其原料選用兵庫縣特A產區的山田錦，並以「白山百年水」進行釀造，酵母則使用了吉田酒造自家培養的金澤酵母。

散發出完熟蘋果和哈密瓜般的迷人香氣，這上品的芳香令人陶醉不已。入口品味，酒體如絲絹般柔順細緻，口中的風味層層豐富，展現出獨特的順滑口感和優雅香氣。這款酒的味道深邃而美妙，餘韻持久不散，宛如一條河流交織出美麗的景象，又如萬花筒般在口中綻放出一朵朵令人驚艷的花，讓人沉浸在無盡的美好之中。
