新政 Colors Tangerine 山吹 生酛木桶純米  720ml


新政 Colors Tangerine「山吹」，係秋田縣新政酒造 Colors 色彩系列中，以罕有酒米「フクノハナ（福之花）」釀造嘅純米酒。結合生酛、木桶與六號酵母，風格重點係 鮮明酸度、充沛果實感與舒展悠長嘅米旨味，既有細緻感，亦帶少少野性個性。

「福之花」係 1959 年於東北農業試驗場誕生嘅酒米，曾經喺秋田廣泛栽培，後來被美山錦取代，逐漸淡出當地生產。
福之花種米比較容易溶解，能釀出有擴展感、旨味豐富嘅酒，同時保留東北酒米嘅細緻與少許野性。


香氣：果實感鮮明，唔係單純濃甜吟釀香，而係帶新鮮水果般嘅活力。

入口：柔和細緻，果味與米旨味一齊展開，有一定飽滿度，唔會只有酸而欠缺內容。

中後段：酸度清晰明亮，配合舒展嘅旨味，令酒體既有張力又有層次。

尾韻：旨味延續得長，細緻中帶少少野性，唔係單薄、快速消失嘅清淡型。
