李白純米大吟醸 720ml

李白酒造創立於 1882 年，酒名取自中國唐代詩人李白，酒造傳承出雲地區的釀酒文化與食中酒取向。呢支酒將山田錦精磨至 45%，再以低溫長時間發酵，令口感保持細膩、柔和，同時保留大吟釀應有嘅清晰輪廓。

香氣：吟釀香較溫和，帶淡淡白花、熟梨、蜜瓜、米旨香及少許堅果感；唔係爆發型果香，而係斯文、內斂。

口感：入口圓潤、鬆軟，有柔和米甜、清晰旨味及適中酸度；酒體具厚度但不笨重。

尾韻：以乾淨、利落嘅辛口感收結，唔會甜膩，令下一口食物或下一杯酒都更舒服。
