油長酒造全新銘柄「水端」，100%復刻古法釀製讓大家喝到數百年前的日本酒風味，根據1568年《多聞院日記》記錄，重現室町時代冬季釀造技術的限定純米酒。

使用大甕和現代酒釀製作中使用的三段式釀造技法，在冬季低溫發酵，製造出高品質的奈良酒。

透過這個品牌訊息，「水端」希望讓顧客觸碰日本酒深厚的歷史，品嚐到滲透五臟六腑、具備深度層次的風味。

酒體顏色呈現些微的淡黃色，清爽的青蘋果香融在酒體中，乳酸產生的優格香與米麴所產生的木質香相互襯托，輕盈又帶有層次感的香氣非常特別！甜味比起水端1355少了一些酸度也較低，礦物感為作品的特色！
