獺祭 Dassai 未來作曲 純米大吟釀 720ml


「獺祭 未來作曲」是旭酒造為2025年大阪‧關西萬博與奧地利跨界合作的特別限定酒。發酵期間，酒槽播放維也納愛樂等樂團演奏的樂曲。音波振動讓酵母活性更平均，賦予酒款如哈密瓜的香氣、蜂蜜甜美與俐落餘韻。

音樂發酵概念
在發酵約 30–35 日嘅期間，酒槽會持續播放經特別剪輯融合嘅樂曲：小約翰・史特勞斯《海灣圓舞曲》（港灣圓舞曲）。維也納愛樂成員六重奏 + 日本世紀交響樂團完整編制。

技術重點係利用音波震動影響發酵槽內酵母活動，令溶解氣體更易逸出、發酵行為稍作改變，從而在香氣與口感上得到不同的表現。

香氣：蜂蜜般柔和甜香，哈密瓜、熟果、白花等細緻果香與吟釀香。整體香氣清澈純淨，但層次感比一般二割三分更立體。

口感：酒質透明度高、滑順，帶明顯甜美與米旨味。結構偏輕盈但不單薄，有一種「節奏感」般的活力與延伸感。餘韻利落、乾淨，帶少量果香與米香回甘。
