這款「獺祭 二割三分 純米大吟釀 氣泡濁酒 聖誕限定版」由山口縣旭酒造以精米步合23%的山田錦釀造，屬純米大吟釀等級，再經瓶內二次發酵成為發泡濁酒，如香檳般綿密氣泡與華麗果香。 同時兼具高精米步合帶來的細緻酒質與節慶感十足的聖誕包裝。 年產量非常少，資料指出每年僅在聖誕節前夕釀造約600–1000瓶，被稱為相當難入手的夢幻限量品。
