產土香子七農釀生酒 720ml

「七農醸」= 菊地川流域産米＋生酛＋無農藥＋無施肥＋木桶釀造＋古式釀造「栞」

「產土 ubusuna」是日本自古流傳下來的詞語，意思是出生地及土地的神靈。對於花之香酒造來說，「產土」是指發揮釀造地的氣候、土壤的獨特性和可能性，追求釀造出最優質清酒釀造哲學，以感恩之心來釀造出最好的清酒。

享保年間用遍佈九州一帶的古代米香子釀造的日本酒。
歷時3年從40粒種子稻中復活的本土品種「肥後香子」比在天保誕生的穗增更古老，有作為高階大米聞名的歷史。

「肥後香子」：米香濃，蒸熟後聞到鄰居都會散發出高貴的香氣。比起源自酵母的香氣，大米的香氣特徵產生了餘韻，讓人想追求與以往沒有的食物相配，真是獨一無二的日本酒。

香氣：白桃、花香、熟梨及蜂蜜般甜香，伴隨穀物米香、香草或淡淡木質氣息；重點係果香與香米氣息交織，而唔係單一甜美果香。

口感：入口帶細緻微氣泡，質地柔滑，甜旨味飽滿而有濃度；活潑酸度令酒體保持鮮明輪廓，即使酒精度只有13%，亦唔代表口感淡薄。

收結：帶少許甘苦及細緻澀感，平衡前段甜潤，留下悠長米香。
