真澄 Origarami 純米吟釀氣泡酒 720ml

「宮坂釀造」是日本長野縣歷史超過350年的老牌釀酒廠，創立於1662年，位於諏訪市。它最著名的品牌是「真澄」，以使用當地優質酒米和清澈軟水釀造高品質清酒聞名。1946年，在宮坂釀造發現了著名的「協會七號酵母」，這個酵母成為現代日本酒的基石，廣泛影響日本清酒釀造技術。🍶

瓶內二次發酵，猶如香檳工藝。

晶瑩剔透中躍動美麗氣泡，醇厚旨味中蘊含溫柔甜意。限量珍釀，饗宴慶典之選。

香氣：青蘋果、洋梨、檸檬、白花，帶少許新鮮酸忌廉／乳酪般乳酸氣息。
口感：細緻活潑嘅氣泡配合輕盈甜感，酸度明亮，有點似乾型水果 Pet-Nat；之後帶出清酒特有嘅米旨味。
尾韻：乾淨、微乾身而清爽，不會像一般甜型氣泡清酒般膩；酒粕帶來淡淡奶油與鹹鮮感。

簡單來說：有水果酸度與氣泡酒嘅輕快，同時有清酒嘅 creamy 米旨味。

搭配生蠔、陳年乳酪的西式風味，或與生魚片、鹽烤魚的和風韻味交融，開創清酒新境。
