「宮坂釀造」是日本長野縣歷史超過350年的老牌釀酒廠，創立於1662年，位於諏訪市。它最著名的品牌是「真澄」，以使用當地優質酒米和清澈軟水釀造高品質清酒聞名。1946年，在宮坂釀造發現了著名的「協會七號酵母」，這個酵母成為現代日本酒的基石，廣泛影響日本清酒釀造技術。🍶

冬釀時節限定生原酒，延續古早歲月裡，唯有藏人方能一嚐的珍稀滋味。清新豪邁，水果香韻豐沛，餘韻清冽悠長。純粹原酒，呈現濃醇豐美，與味噌醃魚、燉煮雞肉、濃郁乳酪意麵盡皆相襯；清新酸韻，更能襯托柑橘沙拉與酸橘醃魚的爽朗風味。一如寒冽信州冬日，綻放純粹歡愉。
