而今 八反錦 純米吟釀 火入 1800ml


「而今」由三重縣名張市的木屋正酒造出品，品牌於2004年面世。其風格核心是以現代化而細緻的釀造手法，呈現清晰果香、漂亮甜味及明快酸度，令酒體即使有旨味也不易顯得厚重或膩口。

以廣島縣產八反錦釀造。特色係 果香與旨味平衡：帶南國水果般香氣，入口多汁、甜潤柔和，中段有細緻米旨味，再以適度酸味清爽收結，唔係超辛口路線。

香氣：帶南國水果般嘅甜美氣息，亦有梨子、蘋果等水潤果香，整體清新而唔厚重。

入口：柔和順滑，有果汁般嘅甘甜感；唔係只有香氣，亦有清晰米旨味承托。

中後段：酸味適度，將甜味同旨味串連起來，令酒體有層次而唔顯得甜膩。

收結：清爽俐落，果香與米旨味仍有延續感，係一支可以單飲、亦容易配餐嘅純米吟釀。
