而今朝日純米吟釀火入 1800ml

「而今」由三重縣名張市的木屋正酒造出品，品牌於2004年面世。其風格核心是以現代化而細緻的釀造手法，呈現清晰果香、漂亮甜味及明快酸度，令酒體即使有旨味也不易顯得厚重或膩口。

「朝日」係以岡山縣為主要產地嘅傳統米種，亦可用作食用米，唔同於山田錦嗰類以釀酒用途聞名嘅米種。而今將朝日精磨至 50%，做出細緻果香、柔和米甜與清爽口感。

香氣：以水梨、成熟梨子為主，伴隨麝香葡萄般清新果香，感覺甜美但唔濃膩。

入口：柔滑、水潤，果實甜味較容易感受到，中段有圓潤米旨味承托，唔會只得香氣而冇內容。

中後段：酸度明亮，令甜味保持輕快；火入版亦帶較平穩、柔和嘅酒質。

收結：餘韻帶淡淡酸味，口感清爽順暢，整體重點係甜、酸、旨味之間嘅平衡，唔係超辛口路線。

配餐可考慮刺身、壽司、海鮮及清淡前菜。
