而今 東条山田錦 純米吟釀 火入 720ml


「而今」由三重縣名張市的木屋正酒造出品，品牌於2004年面世。其風格核心是以現代化而細緻的釀造手法，呈現清晰果香、漂亮甜味及明快酸度，令酒體即使有旨味也不易顯得厚重或膩口。

以兵庫縣東条地區特 A 山田錦釀成嘅限定酒款。風格以優雅果香、圓潤甜旨味與紮實酒體見稱，入口柔滑，甘辛平衡，尾韻綿長；唔係單純清淡型，而係細緻之中帶有力量感。


香氣：蘋果、香瓜等甜潤果香，伴隨少許蜂蜜般氣息及清新青草感；整體優雅，唔係厚重熟果型。

入口：圓潤柔滑，先感受到果實甜味，再展開山田錦帶來嘅米旨味與酒體厚度。

中後段：甘甜與辛口感相互平衡，既有飽滿度，飲落亦保持爽口，唔會只得甜而欠缺輪廓。

尾韻：細緻綿長，果香與旨味慢慢延續，呈現較從容、優雅嘅收結。
