「而今」由三重縣名張市的木屋正酒造出品，品牌於2004年面世。其風格核心是以現代化而細緻的釀造手法，呈現清晰果香、漂亮甜味及明快酸度，令酒體即使有旨味也不易顯得厚重或膩口。

木屋正酒造用白鶴錦這款稀有酒米，演繹而今招牌果香、清爽酸度與米旨深度的精緻作品。風格比一般華麗外放的純米大吟釀更講究平衡：甜味柔和、酒體有密度，但收結仍然清澈俐落。

散發出青蘋果、哈密瓜、柑橘與淡淡白花香，亦有新鮮蒸米飯般的米旨氣息。入口柔滑細緻，先是清甜多汁的果味，隨後展現白鶴錦特有的濃郁旨味與圓潤質感；酸度恰到好處，令整體不會流於甜膩。尾段帶輕微苦韻與俐落感，收結乾淨而有延續性。
