而今 秘花 辛口 純米大吟釀  720ml


「而今」由三重縣名張市的木屋正酒造出品，品牌於2004年面世。其風格核心是以現代化而細緻的釀造手法，呈現清晰果香、漂亮甜味及明快酸度，令酒體即使有旨味也不易顯得厚重或膩口。

以名張市產山田錦精磨至 40% 釀成。最大特色係 克制：唔以濃甜或奔放果香作主角，而係透過淡雅花果香、細緻米旨味與乾淨辛口收結，呈現而今較內斂、清晰嘅一面。


香氣：清雅白花、白色果實及香蕉般氣息，有吟釀香，但表現較含蓄。

入口：酒質細緻柔滑，甜感較收斂，重點放喺純淨米旨味與清晰酸度之間嘅平衡。

中後段：辛口輪廓逐漸浮現，飲落乾淨、有線條，唔係濃甜厚重型。

尾韻：清爽而悠長，保留細緻花果香與旨味，唔會以強烈甜味作結。

所以「辛口」唔等於冇果香、冇旨味，亦唔係辣口；呢款嘅賣點係保留純米大吟釀嘅柔滑與芳香，同時將甜感收得更內斂。
