風の森 ALPHA 超越傳統風の森框架，以創新的技術持續追求日本酒的可能性。自1719年傳承寺院釀造的傳統！YUCHO（油長酒造）將菩提酛技法與現代工藝融合，深化風の森風格。

香氣華麗，帶有麝香葡萄和蘋果的果香，口感清爽帶微氣泡，甜美中帶酸度，層次豐富且平衡感極佳。  

適合低溫飲用（5～15℃），推薦搭配鴨肉料理，並搭配各種酒器如布爾岡尼杯或酒碗都很合適。🍶
