風の森 Challenge Edition 2026 日之光 507 真中採り720ml


「507」= 「507」= 50 代表 50% 精米，7 代表 7 號酵母
「真中採り」＝只取壓榨過程中最中段、品質最穩定的部分入瓶，通常口感會更圓潤、結構更整齊，雜味也較少。

「Challenge Edition」是風の森每年以不同酒米作一次性實驗釀造的系列，重點在於展示酒造對原料米與發酵設計的新嘗試。
2026 年版本用的是「ヒノヒカリ（日之光）」，這是由コシヒカリ與黄金晴配種而成的米，並採用特別栽培米規格栽培。

散發出白桃、草莓、蘋果、洋梨一類的果香，伴隨鮮明酸度與細緻氣泡感，口感清爽多汁，但比傳統甜潤型風の森更乾身。
