「607」= 60 代表 60% 精米，7 代表 7 號酵母

風の森 Weekend 2026 日之光 607 720ml 係奈良縣油長酒造為首屆「風の森 Weekend 2026」活動特別釀造嘅限量酒。活動以「日本酒 × 建築」為主題，由油長酒造與吉村理建築設計事務所合作，讓飲家透過御所古老街區、在地文化同清酒，理解風之森背後嘅風土與創新精神。

「日之光」屬日本常見食用米系譜，並非傳統高級酒米，因此更加突出油長酒造透過米種、硬水、生酒與低酒精設定所呈現嘅新鮮感。

香氣：西洋梨、麝香葡萄、青提子，伴隨少量青檸／萊姆般清新柑橘感。

口感：入口有風之森招牌嘅天然微氣泡，酒體輕盈；甜感內斂，唔會黏膩。

中段：日之光米嘅米旨味慢慢浮現，令 13% 低酒精酒體仍然有一定厚度同平衡。

尾韻：酸度清脆、線條鮮明，以葡萄柚皮般微苦清爽感收結；整體低酒精、輕快而乾淨。
