「油長酒造」創立於1719年，位於日本奈良縣御所市，是家歷史近300年的老酒廠。
風の森 ALPHA 超越傳統風の森框架，以創新的技術持續追求日本酒的可能性。自1719年傳承寺院釀造的傳統！YUCHO（油長酒造）將菩提酛技法與現代工藝融合，深化風の森風格。

風の森 秋津穂「507」= 50 代表 50% 精米，7 代表 7 號酵母。

風之森是奈良油長酒造出品，有300多年歷史，以打造鮮榨感和微氣泡感清酒著稱，是微炭酸清酒的代表作之一。🍐

散發洋梨、白葡萄、青蘋果一類的清爽果香，配合細緻微氣泡感，入口很輕盈，但中段仍有米的膨潤感與透明酸度。
整體風格比起濃郁型清酒更偏清新、俐落，冷飲時特別能表現出乾淨的線條感。
