風の森 ALPHA 超越傳統風の森框架，以創新的技術持續追求日本酒的可能性。自1719年傳承寺院釀造的傳統！YUCHO（油長酒造）將菩提酛技法與現代工藝融合，深化風の森風格。

風の森 秋津穂 507 : 50 代表 50% 精米，7 代表 7 號酵母。

風之森是奈良油長酒造出品，有300多年歷史，以打造鮮榨感和微氣泡感清酒著稱，是微炭酸清酒的代表作之一。🍐

口感帶有細膩微碳酸，有如清爽洋梨和新鮮蘋果的果香，味道柔和圓滑，入口易飲，餘韻平衡且清透。  
可適合搭配刺身、壽司、前菜或海鮮等清爽料理。
