「油長酒造」創立於1719年，位於日本奈良縣御所市，是家歷史近300年的老酒廠。

露葉風707「with 妖怪書家」是一款風之森（油長酒造）在年末推出的聯乘限定酒，以奈良縣酒米「露葉風」釀造，並與當地妖怪書畫／書法家「逢香 Ouka」合作設計酒標，帶強烈地域與企劃感。

奈良縣唯一推薦用於釀造清酒的稻米品種「露葉風」，曾因栽培困難而被切斷，但在縣內各地農民的努力下已恢復種植。是一種白露和早熟雙葉的混合品種，其特點是其心白比山田錦大，但它是一種非常獨特的大米，吸水率高，原料加工困難。

散發出青蘋果和梨 一樣豐滿圓潤的味道，並帶有米飯和乳酸香氣，但由於風之森的美麗酸度和微碳酸氣泡，甘旨平衡。
