「楪」為交讓木的日本漢字寫法，這棵矗立在飛良泉廠房門口的古樹，一直以來守護著代代的釀酒人。

以飛良泉藏付酵母「破魔矢酵母」，及飛良泉招牌山廢酛製成。
高雅香氣與溫和甘甜為其特色，加上酒之王山田錦的旨味以及微苦，達成一種近乎完美的平衡。
