「鳳凰美田 (Hououbiden)」於明治5年(1872)時，在栃木縣小山市創立，係日本櫪木縣「小林酒造」代表品牌。走過的150年裡，包含風土、歴史、感性等獨一無二的價值，持續的釀造高品質的日本清酒。

品牌名取自酒造最初的地名「美田村」，是一望無際的田園風景，和日光山脈蘊藏的地下水區域。經歷過多次重生（如鳳凰浴火），逐步成為全日本極受好評的清酒名牌，被譽為夢幻酒之一。✨

「FLY HIGH」，採用栃木縣產米，並使用日光的御神水進行釀造作業，以最新鮮的狀態裝瓶，保留了自然細膩的氣泡感。

散發出柔和的蘋果香及梨香，輕盈澎潤帶有微氣泡感。
酒體細滑，層次分明，中後段浮現些許舒適的苦韻刺激味蕾。
