🥃Arran Port Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky🥃

Arran's home town of Lochranza has some of the purest water in all of Scotland and this rainwater collects at Loch na Davie on the beautiful hills behind the distillery.

Crystal clear water pours down the hillside and through six unassuming waterfalls, each further purifying.

The purity of the water means we can create a water that is all natural, pure, clean and luscious.

Arran never uses chill filtration to add caramel or remove flavour, and Arran's whisky is typically served at 46% ABV.

Arran Port Cask Finish single malt whisky in a new packaging for 2020.

After an initial aging in traditional oak barrels for approximately 8 years, it is finished in select port casks from the artisan producers of this iconic Portuguese fortified wine.

The maturation process is monitored under the supervision of our Master Distiller to ensure that the inherent character of the Port casks and Arran single malt whisky work perfectly together.

Aromas of cinnamon and baked apples, on the palate vanilla spices, ripe citrus, dried fruit and nuts with hints of fudge and honey.

The finish offers spice, bitter orange, chocolate and cherry.
