Kavalan Solist Moscatel Sherry Single Cask Strength (Moscatel雪莉桶威士忌原酒)

Kavalan Distillery is located in Yilan. It uses water from centuries-old Snow Mountains and Central Mountains for distillation. The water quality is sweet, smooth and dense.

The distiller is made of copper, which can remove the sulfide produced by fermentation. The wine core is carefully selected during distillation to create a new wine with rich floral, fruity and smooth taste.

Moscatel, produced in Spain, is called Muscat because of its tangy aroma and sweet taste.

The Moscatel-aged sherry cask and Kavalan new wine are blended and matured. The rich and sweet sherry flavor, the rich aroma of toffee and caramel dance together to create a sweet feast on the tongue. It is worthy of collection and delicate tasting. A dreamy masterpiece.

The smell is like the jam on the brownie cake, revealing the nectar-like temptation, and the slightly embellished sweet taste is mouth-watering.

The palate is very rich and balanced, with a unique aroma of dried fruit, a trio of velvety creamy sweet chocolate, and a layered feast for the palate. Perfect for drinking alone or with desserts.
