「大嶺酒造」使用「弁天水」是日本百選之水之一的“弁天湯水”，含有許多釀造清酒所必需的礦物質，軟水對發酵的良好作用是Ohmine Junmai系列美味的基礎。

瓶身設計：瑞典設計工作室「Stockholm Design Lab」

用代表山形縣的酒米「出羽燦燦」釀製的一瓶。 像葡萄柚一樣清爽的酸味讓人印象深刻，和能讓人感受到年輕味道的春季蔬菜、鮪魚和鰹魚等瘦魚很搭。

像梨一樣甜美有品位的香味讓人印象深刻。 像葡萄柚一樣清爽的酸骨架，醇厚的美味和柔軟的甜味相協調的一體感的味道。 最後被像蘋果一樣溫柔的澀味包裹著，消失了。
