產土香子五農釀生酒 720ml

「五農醸」= 菊地川流域産米＋生酛＋無農藥＋無施肥＋木桶釀造

「產土 ubusuna」是日本自古流傳下來的詞語，意思是出生地及土地的神靈。對於花之香酒造來說，「產土」是指發揮釀造地的氣候、土壤的獨特性和可能性，追求釀造出最優質清酒釀造哲學，以感恩之心來釀造出最好的清酒。

享保年間用遍佈九州一帶的古代米香子釀造的日本酒。

歷時3年從40粒種子稻中復活的本土品種「肥後香子」比在天保誕生的穗增更古老，有作為高階大米聞名的歷史。

「肥後香子」：米香濃，蒸熟後聞到鄰居都會散發出高貴的香氣。比起源自酵母的香氣，大米的香氣特徵產生了餘韻，讓人想追求與以往沒有的食物相配，真是獨一無二的日本酒。

散發出水梨、青蘋果、哈密瓜、白桃、香蕉、蜂蜜、白花，並帶一點乳酸或優格感，整體是果香、乳酸和米香一起交疊，層次感比較立體。口感偏輕盈、滑順，帶細微氣泡感，酸度明亮。餘韻乾淨俐落，帶淡淡木桶、米旨或礦物感。
