而今 三重山田錦 純米吟釀 火入 1800ml


「而今」由三重縣名張市的木屋正酒造出品，品牌於2004年面世。其風格核心是以現代化而細緻的釀造手法，呈現清晰果香、漂亮甜味及明快酸度，令酒體即使有旨味也不易顯得厚重或膩口。

以三重縣伊賀地區山田錦釀造的代表性本地米作品。它將而今一貫的清新果香、甜酸平衡與透明感，結合山田錦較立體、帶礦物感的旨味；即使是火入版本，仍保留近似生酒般的鮮活感。

香氣屬溫潤而清麗的吟釀型，不會過度濃豔。可感受到青蘋果、洋梨、哈密瓜、白花與清新的柑橘調，並帶些新鮮蒸米及淡淡草本氣息。

入口柔滑，先呈現成熟水果般的柔和甜味；中段由細緻酸度拉出明亮線條，隨後浮現山田錦飽滿、有深度的旨味。整體酒體屬中等偏飽滿，質感比一般而今更有密度，但不是厚重型；尾段有輕微苦韻、礦物感及淡淡辛口感，令收結清爽俐落。
