Dom Perignon Rose 2009 Vintage Champagne 😍

👉🏻At the heart of this period, the vintage is different. Spring and summer are gray and cloudy, resulting in warmth and low light. Then miraculously – like 2000 or 2006, and the fabulous 1996 vintage – the September sun and wind completely reversed the situation. A burst of long-awaited ripeness burst forth, flourishing with unprecedented high-pitched balance. 😍

Aromas of raspberry and wild strawberry. The long-lasting powdery scent of iris and violets immediately merges with the fruity notes. The initial sensation is tactile, rich and silky. The acidic base that is the signature of the vintage is incorporated into the structure of the Pinot Noir, vibrating the heart of the wine. Definitely, the long-lasting aftertaste is the aroma of peony and white pepper 😍

The long-lasting aroma of floral 🌷, raspberry , wild strawberry 🍓, iris and violet blends with fruity aromas.

Nuances emerge, reminiscent of privet, angelica and camphor, full-bodied and silky.

The acidic base that is the signature of the vintage is incorporated into the structure of the Pinot Noir, with notes of peony and white pepper on the persistent finish.
