Gordon & MacPhail Mortlach 25 Years 46% is a classic independent bottling of Mortlach from Speyside Distillery, from the G&M Distillery Labels series.


Aged for 25 years in first and second fill sherry casks, 46% ABV, non-cold filtered, retaining Mortlach's unique "fleshly" character and rich sherry-dried depth. Limited release, deep amber color.


Flavor Profile:

Aroma: Orange marmalade, licorice, pear, and caramel wax, accompanied by layers of beeswax and roasted grains.


Palmistry: Rich and full-bodied, with black pepper, cinnamon, creamy caramel, cigar tobacco, coffee grounds, and anise mint, a balanced sweet and spicy flavor.


Finish: Long and spicy, with a warm and persistent finish of orange peel and dried fruit.
