Lointier Causica Les Cailleaux Extra Brut is a distinctive and little-known 100% Pinot Meunier Champagne, sourced from the Brassles vineyard in Vallée de la Marne, a single-vineyard estate called "Les Cailleaux". Produced by a small workshop, it is aged in 50% oak barrels and 50% terracotta, with extremely low dosage. Annual production is approximately 3,000 bottles, and its style exudes a genuine terroir.

The aromas are abundant, warm, and not overpowering, with notes of ripe fruit, yellow peach, citrus, almond, honey, a hint of roasted nuts, and minerality. On the palate, it is full-bodied with pronounced acidity and a clean, crisp finish that is not heavy but rather elegant.
