くどき上手 Jr. 小川酵母 山田錦 40 純米大吟釀 720ml


山形縣龜井酒造創立於1875年(明治8年)，創立以來一直使用亀の井為自家品牌，直至昭和時期約60年代開始，使用日本傳統藝術的「浮世繪」以及名稱くどき上手進轟東京。

「Jr.」指龜之井酒造第六代、現任釀酒核心 今井俊典。Jr. 系列由他主導，風格比傳統くどき上手更著重現代感、清澈感和果香表現。


香氣：蜜瓜、白桃、洋梨、香蕉、白提子，帶少量白花與米麴香；屬華麗但不刺鼻的吟釀香。

口感：入口如絲般柔滑，先有清晰而溫柔的果實甜味，隨後展現山田錦的圓潤旨味。

尾韻：收結乾淨柔和，有淡淡果香與米旨味回甘，不厚重、不膩口。

40% 精米令雜味很少；而小川酵母帶來的高雅香氣與軟甜質感，正是這款酒最吸引人的地方。
