十四代 中取り 無濾過 純米吟釀 1800ml (季節限定)


「高木酒造」是釀造「十四代」的山形縣名門酒蔵，創業自 1615 年（元和元年），至今已有超過 400 年歷史，是日本清酒界最具代表性的老舖之一。

真正令「十四代」成為現代傳奇的是第 15 代當主兼杜氏高木顕統，他於 1990 年代回鄉接手釀造，開發出芳醇旨口風格的新世代「十四代」系列，徹底改變當時盛行「淡麗辛口」的清酒潮流。

香氣：開瓶即有強烈哈密瓜、香瓜香氣，伴隨白桃、梨等瓜果系、白色果肉水果香，細聞有優雅花香與淡淡米香，層次分明，由果香過渡到米香。

口感：入口酸度明亮、清爽開胃，隨即轉為微甘、如絲綢般滑順的酒體。中段是瓜果甜香與米麴旨味的平衡，既有果汁感又不失米的厚度與深度。尾韻悠長，留有花香與香瓜回甘，整體芳醇圓潤但仍維持清爽，易飲度極高。

飲用建議：推薦 8–12°C，冷藏後稍回溫，可同時展現香氣與細膩口感。
