十四代 槽垂れ 純米吟釀 本生 生酒 1800ml


山形縣高木酒造一年一度、冬季限定裝瓶的生原酒新酒款，只推出1800ml 的大瓶版。

「槽垂れ」指的是將醪經酒槽壓榨後，從槽口自然滴落的雫直接裝瓶，不再與其他批次調和，最大程度保留壓榨當下最鮮活的風味。
「本生」與「原酒」則代表全程未經殺菌、亦未加水降度，呈現的是純粹、帶微氣感的新酒狀態。

以馥郁的果香見長，帶有類似熱帶水果、熟蘋果、白桃與葡萄的香氣，口感甘甜而清爽，米旨味飽滿卻不厚重，酸度柔和、質地滑順，餘韻輕盈帶少許米香與乳酸調。

由於產量極少且屬生原酒大瓶裝，對於喜歡新酒季節感與十四代風格的藏家與專業飲家而言，是相當值得把握、也很適合與友人分享的季節限定酒款。
