「梵」曾在昭和天皇登基儀式上使用，這是皇室採用非京畿出產的清酒，隨後便成為政府的御用酒款，用於國賓歡迎宴會上的敬酒之用。

梵 純米吟釀 ひやおろし（冷卸酒）720ml，係福井縣鯖江市加藤吉平商店推出嘅秋季限定清酒。冬季榨酒後經過夏季熟成，令口感變得更柔滑、酒體結構更完整；風格以淡雅香氣、圓潤米旨味及俐落收結為主，冷飲優雅，溫燗則更突出深厚旨味。


香氣：適度而有氣質，唔係濃烈奔放型吟釀香；重點係成熟、柔和嘅芳醇感。

口感：經夏季熟成後，入口滑順、米旨味更圓潤，酒體有清晰骨架，唔會只得甜味而欠缺結構。

尾韻：味道收得緊緻，切口俐落；溫燗後則更柔滑、深邃，餘韻亦更突出。酒造以「芳醇旨口」形容，較適合理解為旨味豐富，而唔係超辛口或甜酒。
