🥃Kilchoman Bourbon Matured 10 Years Single Cask🥃

Established in 2005, Kilchoman was the first new distillery to be built on Islay in 124 years and is one of the few whisky distilleries in Scotland to remain independent and produce whisky in the traditional way.

Single cask bottling from Kilchoman Distilled 2 December 2010, aged 10 years in Boerbon Mature #784/2010 and bottled 14 December 2020.

Rare and limited bottlings, limited to 199 bottles worldwide.

Fresh citrus, butter, vanilla, mixed tropical fruit, milk chocolate biscuit and fresh sea salt on the finish.

Peat level: 50 PPM
